Instruction for foreign citizens

To be admitted to Shukshin Altai State University for Humanities and Pedagogy, international prospective students should prepare the following documents:

1.Complete the registration at the link http://abit.bigpi.biysk.ru:81/lists/specialties 

When registering, provide your full name and two contact phone numbers (yours and your relative);

- your e-mail;

- indicate a foreign language you studied.

2. After registration, upload the following documents:

- scan of the passport (all pages);

- scan of notarized copy of passport translated into Russian;

- scan of educational certificate (certificate and annex);

- scan of Russian translation of the education document, certified by a notary;

- scan of the medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications to education;

- scanned Russian translation of the medical certificate of no contraindications to study, certified by a notary;

- scan of the medical certificate of lack of HIV;

- scan of the Russian translation of the certificate of absence of HIV diseases, certified by a notary;

- a photo 3x4 black and white.

If the applicant's surname (name, patronymic) has been changed, it is necessary to present the confirming document (scan(s) of the marriage certificate or certificate from the civil registry office).

3. Keep track of information about the acceptance of documents in your personal account.

7. When entering the Russian Federation for studying at the university you must have:

- originals of all previously listed documents, as well as medical insurance for emergency (urgent) care in the Russian Federation.

The legislation of the Russian Federation stipulates a fine for absence of medical insurance.

When entering the territory of the Russian Federation it is necessary to indicate the purpose of stay in the migration card: study or education.
